Red wine and dark chocolate (with almonds), combined with a random journal search are a great way to avoid both lugging the laundry downstairs and firing up the vacuum-cleaner.

No wonder I live in such loathsome squalor.

In other news, my cold/whatever-the-hell-it-is seems to be (slowly) making like the Maple Leafs and packing it in for the summer.

Also, I miss my sweetie.

And I'll have you know that I've vacuumed most of the apartment, mopped half of it, and done 3 loads of laundry.
