Contact lenses - sorry I was so obscure. The eyes are still adjusting - blurry one moment, crystal-clear the next - but I'm loving it. Laser surgery tempts me, but between the price and the fear of something going wrong, I'm going to wait a while longer, adding stories like yours to my informal file.
When at rhino's, you'll usually find me near one of the windows, nose buried in Globe and Mail or a book, or possibly scribbling in a spiral note-book. My hair is cropped short, I usually have earrings dangling and a cigarette going. Defintiely feel free to say "howdy".
