Since I was going for humour more than anything else, I didn't go into the political reasons for supporting open source projects in general, but I appreciate you bringing it up. And I'll take the opportunity to acknowledge that, yes, I'm a big fan of open source technology, creative commons licensing and just about anything else that encourages our collective well-being.
