I've either been pretty lucky or (as I prefer to think) quite skillful - my worst car/bike incident was a very slow-moving dooring that only knocked me off-stride.

On the other hand, there was the time a pedestrian stepped right in front of me (didn't even have time to start to brake) and sent my flying over the handlebars. Somehow, I landed in a roll and only injured my thumb, which took about a year to fully heal. Soft-tissue injuries are the worst.
