I won't (I can't! speak for all Canadian radio. CBC is s special case, a public broadcaster with an emphasis on news and information specifically related to the public interest. By its nature it is mostly talk.

That said, Christmassy stuff doesn't tend to work its way into the schedule, more or less, depending on the program in the week or two before Christmas. As a rule though, it's as likely as not music you haven't heard before, or at least, not often.

On christmas Day, the entire regular schedule is given over to various concerts and such.
