I wonder if the bulk of their conversation was Obama chastizing Harper for being too left-wing. Perhaps Obama gave him a few popularity tips, reminding him that if he were only more right-wing on almost every issue like he is, Harper too could be wildly popular with people who easily lose sight of their ideals in the starshine from Crest Whitestrips.

But the real reason I'm responding to this is to remark that apparently you either don't live where you used to live or else I've forgotten where you live, which caused me some slight consternation the day I lost my keys.
